Serve as the primary platform support point of contact for engaging partner IT teams, technical issue resolution and response.
Serve as the primary IT team contact for platform and infrastructure change to support new IT solutions, technical upgrades and enhancements, or security changes.
Participate in all team Agile ceremonies and contribute to team solution delivery including solution architecture and design, testing, and deployment.
Provide direct hands-on support for departmental business applications where needed including software installation and product upgrades.
Serve as primary contact for IT SOX controls reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years proven experience in a Platform Support or similar role.
Experience working in a Microsoft .NET software development environment and supporting web based, server based, and container-based solutions.
Expertise in windows systems, networking, and security.
Experience with SQL and creating queries.
Experience supporting a Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS and SSIS environment.
Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a high degree of collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
