About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide front desk support and a professional public image for BYU-Pathway Worldwide
- Welcome high-profile guests and visitors to the Executive Office
- Perform typing, filing, supply ordering and restocking, data entry, correspondence drafting, errands, and room and appointment scheduling
- Collaborate to maintain an organized work environment and manage office logistics
- Receive, screen, and place phone calls for the Executive Office
- Complete special projects involving research, data analysis, presentation information gathering, assignment relay, and report editing and writing
- Draft professional correspondence and communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be enrolled as a CES Student and living in Utah
- Must be currently enrolled as a degree-seeking student at Ensign College, BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU, BYU-Idaho, or BYU-Hawaii Online
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be willing to physically reside and work in Utah
- Fluency in English in writing and conversation
- Some office experience preferred
- Highly professional, with mature judgment and demeanor
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational, writing, grammar, and editing skills
- Highest proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Sound judgment in decision-making
- Highly detail-oriented and mindful of others’ needs
