Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 9 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects or initiatives
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Ability to proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems
- Ability to influence strategy for internal or external business needs
- History of being a top performer in previous work assignments
- Ability to advocate change and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to accomplish work with minimal supervision
- Ability to sit for long periods and use computer monitors/equipment as required for essential functions
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
- Master's degree preferred
