  • Complete special projects including attending Multi-Language Program subcommittee meetings, gathering information for presentations, relaying assignments, and editing and drafting reports.
  • Draft high-profile, professional correspondence and communications.
  • Perform routine office duties such as typing, filing, ordering supplies, entering data, drafting correspondence, running errands, making travel arrangements, and scheduling rooms and appointments.
  • Manage the Director of Multi-Language Program's calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Manage student workers' schedules and provide training as needed.
  • Assist the Director of Multi-Language Program with travel coordination and expense reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Individuals must be enrolled as degree/certificate-seeking matriculated students at BYU-Idaho, Ensign College, or BYU-Pathway Worldwide, or be taking PathwayConnect for the first time.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
  • High level of proficiency, both spoken and written, in Spanish and English across academic, professional, and other communication settings.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
