About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Market & patron research: Conducting research to understand our patrons; their needs, pain points, desires, and alternatives
  • Positioning and messaging: translating our product offerings into compelling customer-focused benefits and value propositions
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Plan and lead product launches, assuring that all stakeholders are prepared and aligned on timing, positioning, and communication plans
  • Homeland Support: Support the homelands by assuring alignment around plans for when and where products will be released
  • Demand and Adoption: Work with channel owners to create promotional assets, and by analyzing post-launch data to help inform adoption and rollout plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
  • Eight years of relevant experience, including project management for large-scale projects and strategic organizational experience for or within a complex organization (or equivalent education or experience).
  • Proven product management experience. Experience implementing extensive marketing and communications campaigns using various forms of media, such as video, social media, and graphic design.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Experience launching products and implementing campaigns internationally, understanding global challenges and establishing strong relationships with Church areas around the world.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Proven experience collaborating across multiple divisions and departments.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Must be able to aggregate and distill information from various sources, write solid proposals and plans, and give credible presentations to executive leaders.
  • Sound understanding of Church doctrine, policy, and practices.
  • Understanding of local and cultural customs and practices in areas around the world and how they impact the global Church.
  • Able to focus on the vision of the senior leadership and follow direction.
  • Experience managing large budgets and strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments and initiatives.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
  • Master's degree preferred.
