Product Engagement Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market & patron research: Conducting research to understand our patrons; their needs, pain points, desires, and alternatives
- Positioning and messaging: translating our product offerings into compelling customer-focused benefits and value propositions
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Plan and lead product launches, assuring that all stakeholders are prepared and aligned on timing, positioning, and communication plans
- Homeland Support: Support the homelands by assuring alignment around plans for when and where products will be released
- Demand and Adoption: Work with channel owners to create promotional assets, and by analyzing post-launch data to help inform adoption and rollout plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Eight years of relevant experience, including project management for large-scale projects and strategic organizational experience for or within a complex organization (or equivalent education or experience).
- Proven product management experience. Experience implementing extensive marketing and communications campaigns using various forms of media, such as video, social media, and graphic design.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Experience launching products and implementing campaigns internationally, understanding global challenges and establishing strong relationships with Church areas around the world.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Proven experience collaborating across multiple divisions and departments.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must be able to aggregate and distill information from various sources, write solid proposals and plans, and give credible presentations to executive leaders.
- Sound understanding of Church doctrine, policy, and practices.
- Understanding of local and cultural customs and practices in areas around the world and how they impact the global Church.
- Able to focus on the vision of the senior leadership and follow direction.
- Experience managing large budgets and strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments and initiatives.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
- Master's degree preferred.
