About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Compliance with Local Employment Requirements
- Supports processes for I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and monitoring legal status for international students and foreign workers
- Supports processes for all US legal compliance for employment laws and regulations
- Support ADA processes for legal compliance with mandated state and local disability laws
- Response to Subpoenas
- Support compliance for federally (FMLA), state, and locally mandated leaves.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and work experience
- Beginning to working knowledge of HR legal compliance
- Familiarity of best practices of HR functions.
- Key skills and core competencies include the ability to:
- o Be organized with strong attention to detail
- Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables effectively
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Apply policy and law to business situations
- Collaborate and work effectively in a team
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
