Project Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate project logistics, including schedules, resources, and operations
- Support financial administration, including invoice reconciliation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
- Provide on-site support during events and delivery phases
- Support and coordinate volunteers or event teams
- Maintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools
- Support post-project activities, including final reporting
- Contribute proactively to a collaborative team with strong attention to detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically has up to 2 years professional experience, including some project management.
- Availability must begin by 1 August
