About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide and maintain facilities for worship, teaching, learning, and prayer.
Manage staff and workload within the architecture and engineering division.
Ensure client projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality.
Collaborate with various departments for project management and support functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS, BA from an accredited college or university, preferably in engineering, architecture, construction, facilities, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in directing and being responsible for complex projects and project staff.
Thorough understand of personnel and project management principles.
Ability to communicate effectively with ecclesiastical leaders, clients, management and staff.
Excellent writing and presentation skills, including knowledge and proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel.
Commitment to research and understand industry best practices in management and technical aspects of Section focus and Must be a role model for staff.
