About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and design test scripts (manual and/or automated), test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans.
Execute test scripts, record problems/defects, and issues in accordance with the project’s problem and issue management/defect management plans.
Maintain detailed documentation of test scripts, test results, and defect management.
Triage issues/defects and work with the required team(s) to resolve the issue.
Work with workstream leads to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues.
Identify opportunities for improving testing processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a large-scale ERP implementation.
Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in testing tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in Software Testing or related fields.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with defect tracking systems and best practices.
