HR Generalist 1 – Church History, Priesthood, Family Departments

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide essential Human Resources support working closely with managers and employees in the Church History Department and the Priesthood and Family Department.
- Partner with HR professionals and serve customers.
- Deliver accountabilities in talent acquisition processes, position management, budget tracking, employee record management, and offboarding processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and work experience
- Beginning to working knowledge of HR core with a compliance mindset
- Familiarity of best practices of HR functions.
- Be organized with strong attention to detail
- Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables effectively
- Demonstrate strong time management skills
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Apply policy to business situations
- Collaborate and work effectively in a team
- Physical requirements may include sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
