About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support HR core/essential legal compliance work for the US workforce requiring entry level professional knowledge.
Work under direct supervision, have beginning to working knowledge, and handle basic issues and problems.
Report to Mgr, US HR Compliance with frequent partnership with Human Resource department leaders and teams, COEs, internal and external legal counsel, and employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and work experience
Beginning to working knowledge of HR legal compliance
Familiarity of best practices of HR functions.
Key skills and core competencies include the ability to:
o Be organized with strong attention to detail
o Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables effectively
o Demonstrate strong time management skills
o Deliver excellent customer service
o Problem solve and provide effective solutions
o Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
o Apply policy and law to business situations
o Collaborate and work effectively in a team
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
