About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support HR core/essential legal compliance work for the US workforce requiring entry level professional knowledge.
  • Work under direct supervision, have beginning to working knowledge, and handle basic issues and problems.
  • Report to Mgr, US HR Compliance with frequent partnership with Human Resource department leaders and teams, COEs, internal and external legal counsel, and employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and work experience
  • Beginning to working knowledge of HR legal compliance
  • Familiarity of best practices of HR functions.
  • Key skills and core competencies include the ability to:
  • o Be organized with strong attention to detail
  • o Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables effectively
  • o Demonstrate strong time management skills
  • o Deliver excellent customer service
  • o Problem solve and provide effective solutions
  • o Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • o Apply policy and law to business situations
  • o Collaborate and work effectively in a team
  • To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for extended periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
