About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce and coordinate productions and messages that invite all God's children to follow Jesus Christ.
- Lead powerful live productions to touch hearts, minds, and spirits.
- Partner to find, create, and lead solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church delivered via live events and/or broadcasts.
- Foster an environment of trust and unity and build upon each other's strengths and ideas to manage and provide compelling products and develop clear and timely communication.
- This position provides trusted creative vision, simple project management, and production expertise to create compelling and influential deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree. Preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of four years experience working in theatrical, broadcast and events production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must have an understanding of and experience in all aspects of event production including, but not limited to, technical direction, stage management, lighting, sound reinforcement, video projection, camera and video engineering, and intercommunication.
- Proven initiative and ability to champion a project from conception through to completion.
- Ability to lead a multi-discipline team (up to 10 people) in accomplishing assigned production deliverables from a client.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments and projects in the face of multiple duties.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing customer relationships.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to strategize, collaborate with, and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
- Show an understanding of technical workflows.
- Industry expertise in best practices with proficient broadcast technology acumen.
- Able to move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
