About the role
- Identify, analyze, and respond to cyber threats to Church networks, systems, and data
- Conduct technical analysis to determine the nature and impact of security events
- Work under supervision with clear escalation paths
- Use enterprise tools to aid investigations

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or within one year of graduation from an accredited college or university
- Internship is for current temple worthy members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Solid business presentation skills (articulates technical concepts clearly - visually and verbally)
- Technology background is highly desired
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with and providing information to management levels will be needed
- Security certifications are a bonus
- IP networking fundamentals
- Some understanding of system administration including Linux and Windows
- Attention to detail will be important
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Technical analysis skills
