About the role

  • Execute, measure, and report on CBN’s apps and website channels
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams involved with product improvement, user optimization, marketing strategy, and more
  • Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing for apps and website campaigns
  • Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing (apps or website, a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Iterable and Drupal, a plus)
  • Highly proficient in analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous improvements to email performance
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS preferred
  • Fluency with template development
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with customer lifecycles
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and follow-through (Asana experience, a plus)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and industry-related software with ability to learn new technology
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of collaborative, fast-paced team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public
  • Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission
