About the role
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for The Christ Hospital’s Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI)
- Work directly with marketing leadership and clinical stakeholders to increase awareness and drive patient acquisition
- Strengthen internal engagement across the health network
- Balance high-impact external marketing with engaging internal messaging
- Collaborate with HVI and marketing leadership in planning content calendars and strategic message development
- Implement omni-channel marketing plans including advertising, PR, digital and social campaigns, CRM, and community education
- Manage ongoing internal communication initiatives including newsletters and employee campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT
- Budget management
- Knowledge of outlook and calendar management
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Communication (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational abilities
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Education: 4
- Years of experience: 2-4
