About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead partner-led marketing and go-to-market development aligned to shared business objectives
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, including demand generation, integrated digital programs, and coordinated partner marketing motions
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF), including planning, approvals, agency engagement, execution, and ROI measurement
  • Translate strategy into marketing plans, campaign playbooks, briefs, and enablement materials
  • Activate and manage vendor and agency ecosystems to deliver MDF-funded campaigns at scale
  • Serve as day-to-day marketing advisor for partners through weekly check-ins, GTM planning, and performance reviews
  • Drive performance reporting and optimization with clients and internal teams
  • Support partner adoption of marketing platforms and tools through training, best practices, and operational guidance
  • Support partners across the Asia Pacific & Japan region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience focused on partner-led marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing MDF programs, including agency/vendor execution and ROI measurement
  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies with partners or third-party ecosystems
  • Background in B2B, technology, or agency environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to translate data into insights and optimizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience partnering across Asia Pacific & Japan preferred
  • Experience collaborating in geographically diverse, cross-cultural environments
