Key responsibilities & impact

Develops and executes multi-channel communication strategies that elevate CFS’ mission.
Creates compelling written, visual, and video content for various platforms.
Translates program impact and participant experiences into authentic stories.
Maintains and strengthens CFS’ brand across all materials.
Produces and edits video content featuring participants and community partners.
Manages WordPress site updates and builds targeted email campaigns.
Plans and analyzes social media content to increase reach and engagement.
Designs and distributes clear internal messaging and strengthens organizational culture.
Cultivates relationships with donors and community organizations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
4+ years of experience in communications and marketing.
Knowledge and experience with the intellectual and developmental disabilities or related field preferred.
Experience with video editing, website maintenance, graphic design, social media, and email marketing.
Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Understand the I/DD landscape.
