About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly supervise ROAR and NCS Team Leaders
  • Collaborate with internal court-based teams and external court stakeholders to support seamless program operations
  • Serve as a member of the CSS leadership team and contribute to strategic planning, program development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff working towards licensure and clinical hour requirements
  • Identify training needs and contribute to ongoing professional development initiatives
  • Collaborate with site managers in facilitating clinical and high-risk meetings to support positive outcomes for participants who present with complex needs
  • Prepare and submit quarterly program reports while maintaining collaborative relationships with the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance, communication, and program alignment
  • Represent CASES ATI at external meetings with stakeholders and community partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold an active NYS registration as an LCSW or Clinical Psychologist
  • A valid SIFI (Seminar in Field Instruction) certification
  • Clinical expertise in working with individuals experiencing mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, trauma, and criminal legal system involvement
  • Availability to work during set agency training times and travel to training sites necessary, along with capacity to train within agency standards
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and function effectively in ambiguous environment
  • Commitment to social justice and knowledge of NYC criminal legal system
  • Must be able to commute to different boroughs and work sites
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Experience working with individuals involved in criminal legal system preferred.
