About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute promotions for on-premise bars and restaurants and off-premise grocery and liquor stores
- Conduct sampling events and participate in festivals
- Table at major campus events, including sporting events
- Build displays, reset coolers, and place point-of-sale items to improve brand visibility
- Conduct waitstaff and bartender education sessions to drive brand awareness and account volume
- Work independently and collaboratively with the Boston Beer sales team to increase product availability and visibility in local accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be enrolled at or be a graduate of Texas A&M University
- Must live within 30 minutes of the campus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a registered and insured vehicle
- Must be able to drive to and from accounts continuously
- Must be available to work afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Ability to tolerate cold temperatures
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle several times throughout the day
- May be required to stand for several hours during the workday or evening
- Ability to work in customer-facing conditions that vary day to day
- Regular travel in the market
