About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead pricing, pack architecture, promotional strategy, and trade investment optimization
- Partner cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, and FP&A
- Oversee a small RGM team and build capabilities across the commercial organization
- Design pricing strategies and promotion mechanics
- Analyze business performance and customer behavior
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Lead strategic pack architecture workstreams
- Drive alignment with Commercial Finance and Sales teams
- Ensure compliance with alcohol regulatory requirements and maintain documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, FP&A, Category Management, or Commercial Strategy in CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience leveraging data and financial models to drive pricing and revenue decisions
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and Power BI (or similar) analytical capability
- Alcohol industry experience (preferred)
- Pricing system or TPM implementation (preferred)
- MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (preferred)
