Communications

• Support the Boston Beer Company communications team including external, internal and consumer communications
• Manage the day-to-day responses to drinker contacts across all brands using CRM system
• Answer consumer inquiries by email promptly and thoroughly in a friendly and courteous manner
• Write and maintain brand messaging for drinker-facing communications
• Assist in regular data mining and brand insights reporting
• Prepare and send mailers to media and drinkers including but not limited to: product samples, refund checks, swag, etc.
• Build media lists, editorial calendars, pitch materials, research backgrounders, and provide general PR support for brand leads
• Attend team, department and cross-functional meetings for exposure to other areas of the business and stretch opportunities as desired
