About the role
- We’re looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to enhance the trustworthiness of Master Data by collaborating with Process Owners, Data Stewards, and the Enterprise Data Team.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent, scalable, and well-governed master data solutions.
Coach colleagues to improve data literacy and drive actions that lead to high-quality, reliable data.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to refine daily data processes, ensuring seamless integration of new tools while aligning with customer needs.
Educate, train, and support coworkers to improve BBC skills and competencies related to data management and data literacy.
Generate data quality reports, identify inconsistencies, and highlight exceptions to drive proactive data cleanup efforts.
Contribute to the maintenance and usage of the Business Glossary by documenting processes and standards to operationalize data management.
Adhere to standards set for “trustworthy” data.
Troubleshoot and develop hypotheses for a diverse range of complex problems often with incomplete information and/or conflicting priorities.
Proactively communicate any foreseen security concerns, risks, hurdles, barriers, or complications.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in data management and data governance
Experience with SQL and databases
Proven data analysis skills to evaluate data quality
Demonstrated troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Awareness of formal data practice/governance models, (e.g., DAMA, CMMI, DGPO)
Collaborative team member to contribute to a positive work environment
Ability to engage in multiple simultaneous projects
Knowledge of process management

Preferred: Master Data Management
Preferred: SAP or other large ERP
Preferred: Passion for alcohol beverage industry, consumer packaged goods manufacturing, or product life-cycle management
