About the role
- Instrumental in turning pay philosophy into action
Shape, support, and manage compensation programs to attract and retain talent
Lead company-wide peer-to-peer recognition program
Conduct job analysis and evaluations
Develop and maintain compensation structures
Support pay changes, promotions, market adjustments, and compliance
Administer compensation programs, salary reviews, and bonus programs
Maintain company-wide job and positions
Complete annual external benchmarking salary surveys
Complete mandated federal and state reporting
Partner with payroll to validate compensation elements
Support and administer company recognition program and vendor relationship
Deliver recognition awards at annual company meetings
Support company's relocation policy and vendor relationship
Analyze relocation spend and trends
Process relocation authorizations and manage exceptions
Monitor Total Rewards mailbox and assist with coworker questions
Manage commuter benefit program
Provide support in other areas as needed
Company wide org chart maintenance support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of work experience
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excell
Ability to coordinate complex tasks with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration
Ability to commute into our Boston Corporate office (3 days a week)
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, Concentration in Human Resources or Finance
Preferred: 1+ years compensation and/or benefits experience
Preferred: Customer service experience
