About the role

  • Act as the lead writer for the business, ensuring all communications – from in-app copy to longer-form blog articles – tell a consistent, engaging story that adheres to our specific brand tone.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of projects across the brand and app, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Respond to immediate business and marketing needs by producing clear, impactful comms.
  • Juggle content and comms tasks across different departments, prioritising effectively to ensure the most critical work is delivered first.
  • Review all outgoing materials for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment before they reach their final audience.
  • Support the day-to-day presence of our app social channels, ensuring these platforms remain active, reactive, and on-brand.

  • Creative content management: You have the vision to lead a content roadmap from ideation to execution, ensuring every piece of content serves a business goal and pushes creative boundaries.
  • Strategic organisation: You have a proven track record of managing a heavy workload. You are the person who has a plan for everything and never lets a ball drop.
  • Agility and speed: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot your focus quickly when business needs change.
  • Stakeholder management: You have the confidence to manage stakeholders, suggest creative direction, and make decisions on content quality.
  • Attention to detail: In a fast-moving role, your eye for detail remains sharp, ensuring every piece of work is polished, on brand and professional.
