About the role
- Pitch guests and episode ideas to the media director and podcast hosts based on timely, relevant, niche, and engaging topics within the crypto space
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct recordings and A/V checks with guests
- Conduct research and provide hosts with questions and background materials
- Assist with publishing episodes and maintaining accurate analytics records
- Pitch concepts for new media offerings and manage approved projects from inception to delivery
- Support research and planning for other media initiatives
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the crypto industry and a genuine curiosity about emerging narratives and trends
- 2+ years of experience in podcast or video production, with a solid understanding of recording, editing, and publishing workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, OBS, YouTube Studio, and WordPress
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Creative instincts for identifying compelling stories, guests, and ideas that resonate with crypto audiences
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that embraces ownership and accountability
- Bonus if you have:
- An existing network of industry contacts
- Fluency with AI tools, or experience with agentic workflows
