Manager, CSMO Office – Executive Management Advisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare for, attend, and follow up on senior management meetings
- Prepare analyses, decision papers, and executive presentations
- Drive and track strategic initiatives that are relevant to the entire company
- Support the further development of the direct sales and omnichannel model
- Act as a sparring partner to the CSMO on strategic and operational matters
- Coordinate between the CSMO, executive management, direct reports, and relevant stakeholders
- Provide pragmatic day-to-day support to the CSMO, particularly with scheduling, travel, and expense management
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 3 years' experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong implementation focus, high degree of ownership, and discretion
- Executive presence and confidence in senior management contexts
- Excellent PowerPoint and strong Excel skills
- Business-fluent German and English (professional negotiation-level proficiency)
- Willingness to combine strategic work with pragmatic operational support
