About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You identify and acquire new customers in the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors—targeted, systematic and with enthusiasm
  • You build sustainable customer relationships and develop them into long-term partnerships
  • You bring our innovative products, system solutions and services directly to the customer—using persuasive arguments and your charismatic approach
  • You enjoy challenges and don’t give up until the order is secured
  • Your workplace is mobile and located wherever our customers are

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g., as an automotive mechatronics technician; a commercial apprenticeship is also welcome
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive trade
  • You are passionate about winning new customers and taking responsibility for new territories
  • You are enthusiastic about technical-chemical products and services
  • You are a strong communicator, closing-oriented and have a good sense for people
  • You work independently and are highly self-motivated
  • You hold a valid driving license (Class B) and are willing to travel
