IT Consultant, SAP FI/CO

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult and support business departments in SAP FI/CO (ECC & S/4HANA)
- Analyze, design, and implement end-to-end finance processes
- Contribute to S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and rollouts
- Perform customizing and optimization in: FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders)
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Hands-on experience in customizing and process design
- Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes
- Expertise in areas such as: General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable / Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Accounting
- Project experience (e.g., rollouts, transformations, migrations)
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Nice to have: Experience with S/4HANA conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield)
- Knowledge of Fiori, MM, SD and Workday
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, interfaces)
- Basic ABAP debugging skills
- Experience with international templates or global rollouts
