About the role

  • Perform calculations of structural systems (hand calculations, computer aided calculations (spreadsheets and mathcad), and 3D modeling analysis (STAAD Pro))
  • Assist in the creation of contract drawings via drawing input to structural designers
  • Maintain effective communication with department members, higher management and clients

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • A Professional Engineer License (PE)
  • 4+ years experience in engineering design of building structural systems
  • Advanced proficiency in STAAD Pro
  • A solid working knowledge of building and structural codes
  • Working knowledge of Revit
