• Use Unreal to create stunning 2D and 3D visual effects that align with the artistic vision
• Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors, game designers, and others to develop VFX that complement the game's art style, enhance the gameplay experience, and help realize powerful, unique characters.
• Communicate VFX strategies and goals, ensuring they integrate with the visual style of the game
• Contribute to the design of game mechanics through innovative VFX solutions
• Manage and optimize the VFX pipeline, ensuring efficient workflows and consistency across all visual effects
• Review and approve VFX assets, ensuring they meet quality standards and fit within the game’s stylized aesthetic
