Key responsibilities & impact

The Bottling Operator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality packaging of Bardstown Bourbon Company products.
This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various bottling line equipment, including labelers, fillers, and case stackers, while maintaining compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key duties include performing equipment changeovers, maintaining production efficiency, completing accurate records in Distillery Solutions, and minimizing waste and downtime.
The Bottling Operator upholds company values through consistent adherence to safety, quality, and food safety programs, contributing to the overall success and integrity of Bardstown Bourbon Company’s award-winning spirits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

No degree / GED / Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in XYZ, etc. A combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail- and outcome-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Reliable transportation to the assigned workplace.
