About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Bottling Operator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality packaging of Bardstown Bourbon Company products.
- This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various bottling line equipment, including labelers, fillers, and case stackers, while maintaining compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Key duties include performing equipment changeovers, maintaining production efficiency, completing accurate records in Distillery Solutions, and minimizing waste and downtime.
- The Bottling Operator upholds company values through consistent adherence to safety, quality, and food safety programs, contributing to the overall success and integrity of Bardstown Bourbon Company’s award-winning spirits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree / GED / Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in XYZ, etc. A combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail- and outcome-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned workplace.
