Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies tailored to distillery operations.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends in turnover, engagement, and retention, recommending proactive solutions.
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit skilled distillery/bottling employees, technical experts, and leadership roles.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Guide leaders through organizational changes, including expansions and new production lines.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HRBP responsibilities
- Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or a similarly regulated environment strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people initiatives to operational outcomes.
- Knowledgeable and conversant regarding health and welfare benefits and standard healthcare regulations such as ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA
- Experience with ADP is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
