About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Account Executives and Producers with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business
- Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate successful client renewals
- Discuss Renewal strategies with Producer, Marketing Strategy
- Prepare for Renewal Outputs
- Confirm coverage is bound, send binder to client
- Complete premium allocation spreadsheets for clients (by location, installment)
- Monitor expiration dates of all policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two to three years account management experience required
- Worker’s Compensation experience is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
