About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for a blend of internal delivery activities and client facing functions
  • Working independently on assigned Middle Market accounts
  • Service all aspects of the renewal process, new business preparation and ongoing needs for clients and prospects
  • Manage the certificate renewal process with clients
  • Establish and maintain a good business relationship with clients, insurance carriers and colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to train other team members in duties & responsibilities of Junior Account Manager role
  • Manage assigned duties with independent decision-making authority
  • Proactive and can separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail & time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
