About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and reconcile Ascend identifiers within our accounting partner system to ensure accurate, up-to-date records in the customer relationship manager platform (CRM)
Perform regular data audits between systems to identify and resolve discrepancies
Create and manage colleague profiles in insurance platforms
Coordinate offboarding access removal when applicable in collaboration with HR and the Operations team
Co-facilitate core tools training sessions alongside the operations lead
Lead content export projects and ongoing maintenance of training modules in Learning Management System (LMS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and data management, especially when working with data across multiple systems
Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly and in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks simultaneously
A self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and figure out practical solutions
