Insurance Account Manager – Personal Lines

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepares documents for presenting risks to market
- Prepares applications, summaries of insurance, insurance certificates, auto identification cards and other coverage related documents
- Assists client service teams in the preparation of presentation materials
- Analyzes and summarizes complex data and compiles reports under supervision
- Records data into the appropriate insurance company and firm software programs
- Runs monthly cancellation and expiration reports
- Processes and completes endorsements and audits
- Completes special projects as assigned
- Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have Florida insurance experience
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Current 2-20 or 20-44 License as required by the State Department of Insurance
- Basic understanding of insurance coverages, quoting and binding experience
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate software systems
