About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Hire, manage, and provide coaching to a team of sales professionals
- Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective integration of insurance division with business lines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 - 10 years of experience in healthcare or insurance sales
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, healthcare risk solutions, regulatory environments, and compliance requirements
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and mobile device platforms and intermediate Excel skills.
