About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Hire, manage, and provide coaching and support to a team of sales professionals
- Manage key client relationships, including identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity
Requirements
- 7 - 10 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance sales
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and mobile device platforms and intermediate Excel skills
