Key responsibilities & impact

Acquire and retain large, complex clients through deep understanding of risk
Develop trusted partnerships with key insurance company partners
Lead internal discussions on client renewals and pricing comparisons
Prepare complex submissions for the marketplace
Coordinate client team to ensure service standards exceed clients’ expectations
Actively build trusted relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Obtain and maintain state insurance license as required
A minimum of seven (7) years of commercial insurance experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze complex risk exposures
Exceptional technical knowledge of insurance coverage
Experience in reviewing and placing loss sensitive casualty
Preferred industry specialization: Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Working knowledge in Applied EPIC preferred
Designations preferred: CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM
