About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement national standards and best practices for Employee Benefits operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity across regions
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards; monitor risk and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems and leverage automation tools
  • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with regional operations leaders, client service teams, and senior management to align operational initiatives with business objectives

  • Lead operational integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • 6–8 years in insurance brokerage operations, with demonstrated expertise in Employee Benefits and process improvement
  • Advanced knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management platforms
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits workflows, compliance requirements, and agency management systems
  • Experience with national or multi-regional operational oversight and change management initiatives
