About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate team preparation for renewal and new business meetings
  • Lead client meetings with support from product line specialists, advisors, and senior colleagues when necessary
  • Participate in prospect meetings as required
  • Interpret and summarize claims data
  • Solicit relevant renewal data from clients and ensure timely return and distribution to supporting colleagues
  • Prepare and process renewal submissions for marketing and follow up for carrier quotes
  • Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare comparative quote analyses for client presentations
  • Perform data analysis to determine program structure options
  • Create and compile client presentations and internal marketing materials
  • Submit sold business to the insurance market and oversee implementation
  • Review insurance company documents for accuracy and submit corrections for revision
  • Maintain business relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and colleagues
  • Oversee engagement of claims, analytics, and risk engineering resources
  • Generate and maintain schedules of insurance, billing schedules, and other post-bind deliverables
  • Maintain CAC client portals
  • Monitor premium payment status and administer client invoicing and carrier payment timelines
  • Review and process program audits and endorsements through the policy life cycle
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • State specific license is required
  • 2-7 years of property and casualty work experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multitasking & time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Professional in appearance and business conduct with strong customer service
