About the role
- Create demand for our product downstream with architects, builders and siding and trim contractors
- Generate awareness and demand for Versatex Trim and Siding products through in-field training, presentations, and events
- Support dealers and distributors with sales tools, training, and promotional programs
- Lead territory growth by converting new customers and strengthening existing partnerships
Requirements
- 3–10 years of outside sales experience (building materials or related industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
