About the role

  • Assist customers with shopping experience, sharing our story, brand and products
  • Hitting individual sales goals & other key metrics
  • Keeping the store looking great at all times, cleaning as needed
  • Stock/inventory & shipment duties
  • Cash handling, operating point of sale programs, preparing bank cash deposits

Requirements

  • 1-2 year experience in customer service and retail, preferred
  • Experience with handling cash and POS systems, preferred
  • Conversational Japanese, preferred
  • Warm, friendly, positive attitude - excited to share the CocoNene Way and products with guests
  • Goal-oriented, driven to grow sales
  • Strong desire to learn, grow and improve
  • Reliable
  • Able to work independently
  • Flexible, ability to adapt to daily responsibilities
  • High school graduate or equivalent
