QA Engineer

• Act as the final checkpoint for every developer ticket, performing manual verification and release testing to ensure all regression and automation tests pass.
• Build and maintain end-to-end (E2E) test suites using Playwright and TypeScript, focusing on new feature development and closing existing automation gaps.
• Leverage SQL to perform data validation, investigate complex technical support escalations, and troubleshoot backend workflows.
• Own the execution of functional, non-functional, regression, and smoke testing, with a specific focus on performance testing across different mobile devices.
• Partner with Engineers to define test coverage while developers manage unit/integration tests, ensuring a robust E2E testing layer.
• Log, track, and retest defects with high-precision documentation and reproducible steps.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own end-to-end financial analyses, from problem definition through recommendation, with limited oversight
• Analyze financial and operational data to assess the impact of business decisions on cost structure, margins, and revenue
• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports for leadership using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights across multiple data sources
• Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to:
• Understand and clarify business questions and data needs
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured, actionable analyses
• Deliver insights that directly influence strategic decision-making
• Develop clear narratives around financial performance, trade-offs, and risk
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and financial visibility across the business
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data used in leadership reporting
