About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

First‑line application support — responding to queries from colleagues, resolving issues where possible and escalating when needed
Building deep knowledge of Acturis and other core business applications
Maintaining and developing our company letter suite
Understanding the insurance landscape to better support users
Keeping up to date with vendor releases and sharing updates with the team
Contributing to team meetings, planning, and action tracking

Requirements

What you’ll need

This role is perfect for a school leaver or recent graduate with a passion for technology and an interest in software or application support
Confident using IT systems and MS Office
A clear communicator who enjoys helping others
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time
Keen to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
