Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer needs and providing insurance solutions
Ensure calls are answered in a timely, professional manner and deliver exceptional customer experience
Process correspondence, renewals activity, and new business quotations
Complete all workflow activity in accordance with approved business processes
Comply with approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies
Achieve and maintain required competencies for the role
Identify and handle customer complaints within the company's complaints procedure
Maximise business and service opportunities from all contacts to meet commercial targets

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or service
Background in public-facing industries such as insurance, retail, or hospitality preferred
