Manage day to day activities of the Agency & Membership team providing operational support to Bravo Network members
Support leadership by being flexible to developments, new tasks and additional allocated project work
Support delivery of operational efficiencies; ensure policy and processes are documented consistently and reviewed at least annually
Support Bravo Network members across membership lifecycle from onboarding to resignation
Manage membership agreements, agency applications, TOBA management, liaising and negotiating with insurers and supporting members with mid-term changes
Understand the Networks Proposition and develop strong relationships with members
Requirements
Experience in a FCA regulated general insurance market
Experience as a people manager
Good technical knowledge and experience within the general insurance market
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Communication skills across all mediums
Attention to detail and time management skills
Organised, proactive team player
Able to lead the team in their operational function
