About the role

  • Manage day to day activities of the Agency & Membership team providing operational support to Bravo Network members
  • Support leadership by being flexible to developments, new tasks and additional allocated project work
  • Support delivery of operational efficiencies; ensure policy and processes are documented consistently and reviewed at least annually
  • Support Bravo Network members across membership lifecycle from onboarding to resignation
  • Manage membership agreements, agency applications, TOBA management, liaising and negotiating with insurers and supporting members with mid-term changes
  • Understand the Networks Proposition and develop strong relationships with members

Requirements

  • Experience in a FCA regulated general insurance market
  • Experience as a people manager
  • Good technical knowledge and experience within the general insurance market
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Communication skills across all mediums
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Organised, proactive team player
  • Able to lead the team in their operational function
