About the role
- Manage day to day activities of the Agency & Membership team providing operational support to Bravo Network members
- Support leadership by being flexible to developments, new tasks and additional allocated project work
- Support delivery of operational efficiencies; ensure policy and processes are documented consistently and reviewed at least annually
- Support Bravo Network members across membership lifecycle from onboarding to resignation
- Manage membership agreements, agency applications, TOBA management, liaising and negotiating with insurers and supporting members with mid-term changes
- Understand the Networks Proposition and develop strong relationships with members
Requirements
- Experience in a FCA regulated general insurance market
- Experience as a people manager
- Good technical knowledge and experience within the general insurance market
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Communication skills across all mediums
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Organised, proactive team player
- Able to lead the team in their operational function
