This exciting remote based opportunity has arisen to join our growing Bravo Network Operations & Risk Team.
You will manage the day to day activities of the Agency & Membership team who in turn are providing operational support to our Bravo Network members.
Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following: Support leadership by being flexible to developments, new tasks and additional allocated project work.
Support the delivery of operational efficiencies, ensuring policy and processes are documented in a consistent format and reviewed as needed but at least annually.
Support Bravo Networks’ members in their membership lifecycle, from onboarding through to resignation.
Manage membership agreements, agency applications on behalf of members, TOBA management, including liaising and negotiating with insurers (partner/non-partner) and supporting the member with mid-term changes.
Understand the Networks Proposition and develop strong relationships with members.
Requirements
Experience in a FCA regulated general insurance market
Experience as a people manager
good technical knowledge and experience within the general insurance market
strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Communication skills across all mediums

time management skills

able to seeking a new challenge to lead the team in their operational function
