About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a portfolio of client and internal AiLO projects with clear communication and measurable outcomes
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI use across ILO Group’s service areas
Translate innovation into repeatable systems, processes, and tools
Develop and personally draft high-stakes client deliverables, including strategic decks, frameworks, recommendations, executive memos, reports, and implementation plans
Identify and apply digital tools and AI-driven systems to improve collaboration, insight generation, efficiency, and performance
Contribute to business development through strategic partnerships and new opportunities
Lead the strategic use of AI and emerging technologies across internal initiatives and client projects
Create AI-informed content, frameworks, and resources for education clients
Explore, pilot, and refine AI tools with internal and client teams
Develop guidance on effective and responsible AI use in content creation, communication, and analysis
Lead cross-team learning and ethical AI implementation in education
Represent ILO Group as a subject-matter expert in AI in education
Direct complex client engagements and internal innovation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior education leaders on AI implementation and digital transformation
Cultivate client and funder partnerships and provide hands-on support
Lead and mentor team members and build collaboration systems across projects
Develop internal professional learning on AI literacy, digital tools, and modern project management
Produce publications, case studies, and digital content supporting ILO Group’s AI thought leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
10–15+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, operations, or consulting, including senior leadership roles
Experience integrating or implementing AI tools, automation systems, or digital platforms in an organizational or client-facing context
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through technology-enabled change
Experience in education, nonprofit, or public-sector organizations preferred
Expertise in project management and AI-driven innovation
Ability to connect strategic vision to practical implementation
Skill in designing and improving systems that enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
Exceptional ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling content
Strategic and analytical thinking in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Ability to lead creative exploration and structured execution
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
Commitment to high standards and measurable outcomes
