Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, review, interpret, analyze, and clarify client UI/UX requirements
Generate UI/UX requirements documentation to satisfy client requirements
Communicate UI/UX requirements to cross-functional team members and management
Monitor and communicate project status and progress throughout the project lifecycle
Research and document the impact of past projects on upcoming deliverables
Ensure static content changes are thoroughly documented and identified for language translations where needed
Add and modify multi-language static content through a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent
Three (3) years as Business Analyst in a software development environment
Minimum of one (1) year as a User Experience Business Analyst
Experience with one or more software development methodologies, including Waterfall or Agile
Understanding of all stages of the project life cycle process
Healthcare domain experience is a plus
Excellent verbal, writing/documentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and reorder priorities as business needs dictate
Ability to use software and peripherals related to job responsibilities
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders, managers, staff, and team members
Ability to moderate discussions and manage various viewpoints
Ability to write effectively for various contexts and audiences
Ability to comprehend complex data and project objectives quickly
Ability to communicate decision rationale and possible outcomes to stakeholders
